WHY STORYLINE PIECES?
- I wanted to do more for my clients then just make a random piece of cool looking art. I wanted my clients to be able to have a deeper connection to the character and story line that that character, animal or relic represented, a reason why they were getting it and a story that they could share with others. I wanted all aspects of what was put into the design to be put there with intention and purpose not just as filler. And lastly I had a desire for there to be a connection between my pieces and a sense of interconnected community between the people that had them. I want people to see and recognize another storyline piece at a bar or venue and be able to have a conversation of what character they had and what part of the storyline it was in. Almost as if you found a lost page of a book that you yourself hold one page of, getting to read and hear about another character you hadn’t yet known about. This is why I make art and this is why I have created a tattoo storyline, I would love for you to be a part of it!
WHY ONLY PRE MADE DESIGNS?
- Currently to ensure every client is 100% happy with their design prior to putting down a deposit or purchasing designs, I am currently only offering original pre made designs. These will be viewable on my Instagram page under the “available” tab at the top of the page. Or you can purchase them at www.hollowpriest.com Please understand I do things this way after countless custom designs because when it comes to art, shoes, cars, etc that you fall in love with you usually don’t want something like the one you fell in love with you want that exact one. So to ensure that everyone is getting what they fell in love with, I only offer premade designs at this time.
HOW MANY WILL BE RELEASED PER MONTH?
- 2 designs will be released at the beginning of each month
IS THIS PRICE FOR THE WHOLE TATTOO?
-Day rate - $1500
-Deposit - $500
- The $500 price that you purchase online is only for the deposit that will go towards the day rate of $1500, this will make you first session $1000 with the addition of your $500 deposit. any additional sessions past the first will be $1500 per day
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?
-Sessions start at 1:00pm and go until 10:00pm, however plan on being here as late as 2:00 am as some times sessions go late.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
-Currently I am located at a private studio in Erwin, Tennessee 37650
WHY DONT YOU DO COVERUPS?
- Because of the level of high contrast in my work the tattoo is either back or negative skin space. this means anything that might need to be covered up would be in solid black and unless it is a small item would leave a large unnecessary area of black or the tattoo would show through in the negative skin area.
WHAT IF I HAVE SURROUNDING TATTOOS?
- If you have surrounding tattoos that the new one might bump into, thats very normal and no problem as we will probably try to connect them, however it only becomes a problem if the preexisting tattoo comes too far into the new tattoo designs area, especially if it crowds the area where a face will be. if you have any questions concerning a pieces fit in-between pre existing tattoos please send me and email prior to purchase with the piece you were interested in as well as a picture of the area inbetween the surrounding tattoos you wanted to put it
WHAT IF I DONT SEE ANY AVAILABLE PIECES?
- then that means they are probably all out until the beginning of next month, keep your eye out!
CAN I GET THE SAME PIECE AS SOMEONE ELSE?
- All pieces are one of a kind originals and not repeatable. so you may have the same character as someone else but never the same image
HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASING DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT?
- after the purchase date of your tattoo deposit you can schedule as soon as you want, however your appointment date cannot be any longer then 3 months out
ARE DEPOSITS PURCHASES REFUNDABLE?
- all deposits are non refundable, no matter if the tattoo has been started or not, please ensure to email concerning all questions before purchase
